Sunroom project framing began in 2008. LVL joists were used to support the roof lantern to be installed later.
The roof lantern was constructed out of mahogany framing for strength and water resistance and was capped with copper. Stone work begins around exterior knee wall.
Doors and windows have been installed. Exterior and interior trim work in progress. Limestone tile installed on the floor and grout is being applied in this shot.
Sunroom project completed. 2009 Dover, MA

The request for this recent project was to build a bench/couch to cover a basement injector pump with ventilation and child safety in mind. Also come up with a way to perch a life sized, solid wood carved leopard on a stone foundation wall. This is what we came up with. Live edge birch timber was used for the perch and birch plywood for the couch. Chestnut Hill, MA
Bathroom renovation. Before.
After. "Jerusalem Gold" limestone tile with a handmade Mexican terracotta inlay. Soapstone vanity countertop and tub surround. Craftsman influenced wainscoting and trim details with antique oil rubbed bronze fixtures. To finish off the look we custom fabricated a poplar radiator cover with fluted air vents. Dover, MA
